Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. The delivery costs are included in the price of the products for any delivery to a relay point in France, any home delivery will be invoiced in addition according to the postal rates in force. They are added to the total price of the basket during the purchase process. The amount of delivery costs may vary depending on the country of the recipient and the date of dispatch selected. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Incomplete or incorrect delivery address close

If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we cannot guarantee delivery of your package. LX14.02 cannot be held responsible and will not issue any refund if your order cannot be delivered correctly due to incomplete or incorrect information. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Exchanges and refunds

If an error has occurred, if you have made a mistake in an order or if a product does not suit you, we ask you to report it to us as soon as possible, in order to rectify our error by logging into your personal space and using the contact interface. The product must then be returned in its original packaging and must not have been opened from its first packaging, started or damaged.
